It is time for me to silently fold my bike and steal away. I have enjoyed poking along picturesque backroads, back laneways in the city and trips to to the market on my trusty little fold up bike but now need to consider the real possibility of an early demise from a an overpopulated bus or a log truck as they swish by seemingly unaware of my toddering state of balance.. All offers will be considered.

Until recently I have been living and traveling within the extraordinary geographic boundary of Costa Rica and Nova Scotia, Canada, where I have drawn and taken pictures of some pretty nifty spots. My primary focus with my visual efforts is to find balanced, textural material that will evoke a story or a feeling of peace within the viewer and from time to time examine our social and personal conflicts with provocative, introspective images. In recent years I have put more energy into my drawing and painting, both digitally and with various colour mediums such as pencils, pens and acrylics, using 10 years of photographic material as reference content.
